The atmosphere is good. However, the customer service was poor. My order was for dine in, but I was handed my order in take out bag. When I went to ask for a tray, the girl that handed the tray was really rude. She was not curdiest towards me. Whatever happened to a 'please', 'thank you' or 'your welcome'. It was not good nor professional for Mcdonalds reputation. I am expecting better customer service next time.

Even though we shouldn't be going out to eat fast foods, McDonald's in Wayne hamburg turnpike is the best. Always packed, and for me, it means the food is always being made and sold constantly; nothing sitting on the food stands for hours.
