My friends and I witnessed an employee drop a baguette on the floor and then pick it up and placed it with the other bread being served to customers. We spoke to a different employee about this but the manager did not come out to speak with us.
If this is what the employees do in front of customers I can only imagine how they behave where they can't be seen.

Literally my favorite Panera in the world. The staff is incredible. They go out of your way to make your day nice. Malcom, Kim and Samara are 3 of my favorite staff members but the manager ALBERTO - he is also always so nice to me and he is very professional. His staff works efficiently under his leadership. The iced coffee is always cold and iced, and strong which I like. They have cinnamon powder for your coffee and all the hot teas and honey. I was hesitant to leave this review because this Panera is a gem and it doesnât get too crowded in the morning. But I had to share about the staff because they are all doing a great job here. All the tables and bathrooms are always clean, which is not true about all the Paneras. But this one is perfection and I thank the staff for doing such a great job! Panera you should honor these employees! Cheers with a coffee cup! :-)

Very nice! Coffee. Food Admosphere. ! Malcom, wonderful worker should be manager! On top of ev! So courteous and a wonderful lady who makes alot of Breads..piñatas, etc.! Actually everyone is so helpful..tall thin guy..etc. etc

I did ask one of tge worker there to cut my sandiwch in half by a sharp knife he didnt instead he gave me butter knife to do it myself

This is the worst panera location. They do not care about their customers requests and do not properly package your items when you order rapid pick up. They stack soups on top of each other and jam all your items into the smallest bag. Constant frustration at this location- Woodcliff lake Panera is stellar and their customer service is superb.

Alex from this location had an absolute obnoxious attitude toward me. This was my 1st time there. And never again will I go to this location!!!
This Panera made me sick to my stomach. 2 days in of row diarrhea non stop. 6 months ago. Then my wife stopped by here last weekend and she got sick too although not as bad me . I have been to Panera in Willowbrook no issues and Panera in other parts of NJ but always This location is troublesome.

The staff is good but I found a hair in my Med Veggie sandwich and I complained to the manager which she responded â Oh, do you want a refund or remake?â I asked for the remake and the remake was really bad. Iâve been coming here for over a year and was really disappointed today. The remake should be as exactly as the original order was.

I ordered online for a drive thru pick-up, a turkey sandwich with American cheese (extra $0.69). When I received my sandwich and got home I realized that it was a turkey avocado BLT. I didnât order that! I donât eat pork which was the main reason I got a regular Turkey sandwich. I donât know if it was because of a lunch rush or not paying attention, but I wonât be ordering from this Panera location again.
