I ordered a tuna melt and the amount of tuna they put on my sandwich was disgusting... I think it was done on purpose the vibe in there felt like I didn't belong...

Haven’t been there in awhile. Gone downhill quickly and prices went up even faster. Service is off. Waitress we had had no personality or expression..Food was served lukewarm..refill was never asked. Had better food at the ballpark and service too. Many other better places to eat that appreciate your business.

Horrible service I will never be coming back here again on top of the service as I went to the bathroom I saw our server a old lady about in her late 60’s named Tara handing my fiance a paper I look at the paper and it is a number I throw the paper out we pay for our food with a card and his name is on the card a few days later we come to find out she googled the name on the credit card and found him on Facebook and was sending him explicit messages I call the diner and ask to speak to the owner regarding the situation and I am told we are to busy disgusting establishment to hire such unprofessional employees I understand they are waiters and not much is expected that is why the job is given to any one at any age but that was disgusting !

service sucked. Never going to this place again. Our table was barely checked on by our waitress & the food was very bland. I had high hopes but soon as it was time to checkout the old guy at the register was very rude about us not tipping. but we did not enjoy nothing while we were there, and instead of asking how was the service or the food he asked about tip . Don’t go here unless u like bland food and a waitress who barely checks on ur table.

We placed an order on uber eats for two grilled cheeses. This order should come with fries but unfortunately the uber eats delivery person forgot to grab them. I called the diner simply asking if there is anyone who could deliver the fries to us. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was unbelievably rude. He said that it wasn’t his problem and he wouldn’t be delivering the fries to us. The food may be good but the customer service is AWFUL. Suffice it to say we will never set foot in this restaurant again.

It was an unforgettable experience, not in a good way. The food arrived luke warm with poor quality vegetables. The order was missing some items that were specified in the message. We waited an hour for the order to arrive. We do not recommend this diner.

Every time I call to order a soup a lady on the phone says come right now it's ready in 1 or 2 minute so I walk from next block and it's not ready came in person nobody helped me. Pretty faces don't make goog employees.

I had the shrimp skillet with fried eggs, home fries, & avocado. The issue was the shrimp was overly salty and the potatoes were overpowered by onions & peppers. No one should mess up those two dishes. I'm not sure if I would dine there again. The waitress was nice and attentive, and the atmosphere was friendly, but overall the food was disappointing because those were simple meals.

My grandparents had a lunch there about a week ago and the experience was terrible. The waitress was serving everyone’s food on the table and went to reach over my grandmas head spilled someone’s oily steak all over my grandmas purse, clothes and jacket. the waitress apologized tried to clean it off but the stains were still there. My grandparents took the jacket and clothes to dry cleaners to be cleaned. Took the receipt back to the diner to show the owner to be reimbursed but of course the owner wasn’t there and the manager said he would be back in an hour. My grandfather went back an hour later keener never showed up, Instead the manager gave the phone number to reach the owner personally. When my grandfather dialed the phone number, it didn’t exist. Worst place to eat at. Terrible service. Do not recommend unless you want food and grease spilled on you.
