They never prioritize the people that are in the store. They will make you wait 15-20 mins for a coffee when there is no one else In the store. The cashiers attitude is also horrible and off putting.

3 of 5 workers were texting on their phone. There is a line right now of 7 people and nobody attending them. Just go through drive tru!
My husband did a mobile order at this location. While I enjoyed the message on my lid, however, employees shouldn’t be writing on the lid with a sharpie. Especially because people use their mouth on the lid. I’m not allergic but this is a liability issue for someone who might be.

The music is really loud in here. It’s more of a grab and go kind of place. You can’t sit and study or work here like you can at other Starbucks. I don’t think they keep enough sandwiches in stock. I went around 3pm and they were already sold out of all the sandwiches besides the egg and cheese ones.
