We waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. I understand it can be busy and customers can be frustrating but I feel that this is an absurd wait time. If customers are mobile ordering maybe we can ask them to go inside if the drive thru line is insane. I understand it can be busy and I can have patience for that. This place gets worse every day. They just supposedly change their chai latte formula, so now it’s foamy warm water. Really?!!
