I hadn't eaten breakfast and was tempted to grab myself a burger from Shake Shack. But that contains high amount of calories, fat, and sodium. I wanted something healthy because I go to the gym and I just want to eat healthy for my daily consumption. I stumbled on this and the food and smoothies are so delicious. Plus, they track the calories which what I prefer because that's what I do for a while now, and the price is reasonably fair. I'm so happy I found this...
I had a fantastic visit to Vitality Bowls in Wayne! The superfood bowls, juices, and savory options are incredibly fresh, flavorful, and made with top-quality ingredients. You can really taste the quality in every single bite and allergy taken seriously.
The staff was super welcoming, friendly, and efficient, making the whole experience quick and delightful. I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended!

Amazing smoothies and the avocado chicken wrap is so good and 100% worth buying! The workers are so friendly and give awesome vibes. The place is also so clean and pleasant to be inside of. Definitely a must try.
