The service at Wendy’s in Wayne, NJ was super fast really impressed with how quick everything came out. That said, the flavor and quality of the food could be a bit better. Hopefully they improve that, because the speed and convenience are great

We stop at this Wendy’s every year on our way to upstate NY, we were disappointed to see it change from the classic Wendy’s building to the modernized version only corporate has to appreciate. Food was as usual, inside doesn’t have the same feeling at all, cold and unwelcoming. Service was fine, food came out quick after ordering on the new screens instead of talking to a human being, god forbid. Won’t be coming back to this location. We understand it’s a franchise and rules must be followed, but we can go anywhere for fast food. We came here for the vibes, and the vibes are now washed out in modern black and white corporate bad taste.

I absolutely love going to this Wendy’s every time I go there I get the pecan salad and I must say that the service is awesome. I love the neighborhood you have all days you have so much more different business available there…. they have a drive-through and you can also have a sit down and enjoy your meal.

My "saucy nuggets" barely had sauce and my "loaded fries" barely were loaded. The people in the drive-thru are nice and I was able to understand them. Didn't have errors this time but, I have before and had to go inside but they didn't give me a hard time fixing it. Overall it is a fast food place.

I mobile ordered, go to pick it up and stand by the Mobile Order Pickup counter. I wait about 5 min before I’m acknowledged, and other customers came in after me and got helped during this time.
The girl at the counter, who had my order behind her the whole time was rude and simply said I could have told her and just talked down to me like I'm an idiot.
What’s the point of having a mobile order pickup counter if you don’t even use it?

Great place if under a budget; ordered a “$5” Biggie meal, and ended up playing close to $7. I asked the window attendant that I ordered a $5.00 biggie meal and she said I asked for a medium. Then I told her if I should’ve gotten a large instead for the five dollar deal. She laughed and said that I needed to get the regular size in order to get the five dollar deal, and I advised her I was never asked her about a regular deal, In order to pay the five dollars. Luckily I had change in the car; point of the story, the more they scam others for $1.00 +, multiply that by x amount per day, they end up winning without the customer knowing as it is not much different in sizing.
