The quality of all of their food is consistently good. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and welcoming. My kids spend a lot of time there and love Oak Deli!!! The owner is extremely nice and attentive so that everyone gets amazing service.
Okay so this place blew our minds. We're from California and stayed in NJ because NYC was too expensive. Oak St Liquor and Deli just happened to be around the corner so we took a chance. I kid you not, they had some of the best sandwiches I have had in my life. This place took a turn for the worst. Not cheap by any means. $15 sandwiches. They skimp on prosciutto. More than once it was super old and tasted off. Also started using non sour dough bread, yet prices are the same. Won’t be going back
