Waitress was fantastic and knowledgeable. However we were given the worse seat at the restaurant even though the place is pretty much empty. I do not understand why they do not place more tables for 4 by the window.
Service was excellent, especially Natalka. We had her as our server in January and requested to have her again last night. She truly creates an experience for our family. Thank you!
I came to Ruth’s Chris Steak House on April 18 for a 6 PM reserved dinner party. Overall, the experience was pretty smooth—service felt quick and getting seated was easy, which I appreciated for a group setting.
That said, the attentiveness could’ve been a bit better. Our waiter, Elizabeth (though the name tag said Kathleen), and the manager didn’t really check in on us throughout the meal as much as you’d expect at a place like this. It wasn’t terrible...
