If you’re looking for a spot in Weehawken with a great mix of atmosphere, food, and views, The Highwood is definitely worth checking out. The location alone is a huge highlight, right on the waterfront with incredible views of the NYC skyline that make the whole experience feel elevated. Amac was super helpful on what was a busy night for the Knicks game and he helped us out tremendously.

I’ve been here a couple times, but on my most recent visit, I was overwhelmed by the service from Marcelo and his team. I forgot my leftovers and he ended up taking care of it with zero hesitation. Great spot for food and drinks, especially during game night.

Placed an Uber Eats pickup order this evening. The guy at the door was very attentive — he noticed me trying to get in while a group was blocking the entrance, opened the door, and motioned me inside. He directed me to the hostess, who was very pleasant. Even though I was only there briefly, the atmosphere seemed like a great spot to catch a game with friends. The buffalo chicken sliders and habanero wings were 10/10 🔥. Will definitely be back!
