The atmosphere and the attitudes of the employees is trash. It's not the same as it once was and I don't think it ever will be. Avoid this place if you can.

The man with the headset on came over the loudspeaker proceeded to ask me what I would like. I told him that I had a mobile order and proceeded to give my name. He then told me to hold on, and went about working never turning the headphone off. came back to the microphone and asked me again, how he could help me “ I told you I had a mobile order, And reinstated my name” His answer was “ Well, then come to the window already” Meanwhile, this man told me to hold on Without any further explanation. As I got to the window, I told him that he was being incredibly rude, and he completely blew me off and scoffed at me. I paid extra through the app for foam on my coffee did not receive cold foam. starbucks may be more expensive but i have NEVER received such awful service from them. if it wasn’t for the dozen donuts i got today from Dunkin’ donuts for $15 id go after corporate for a full refund.

Went for food this morning. The Indian guy was rude when I made a mistake with my cards and then was rushing me so i decided to say never mind and when I went for my change out his hand he threw the 3 quarters I gave him. He’s very rude and disrespectful and I’ll never be going back

Not sure why the old Indian/Asian man working drive-thru always has an awful attitude. Every time we go thru the drive-thru he snatches our credit card and never says thank you. Just rude for no reason. But not too rude to take our money... West Deptford's Dunkin 100 times better.

Did a mobile order. Everything on the order was handed to us incorrectly. The loaded hash browns were soaked in sour cream with no cheese. The coffees were both made incorrectly from what was ordered all around terrible location.
