I was worried that Oceanos was gone, like so many great places, another victim of the pandemic. A place called Avenue Diner took its place, and hey, guys… it’s the same family and servers and great food!! Yay! Had dinner with my daughter there this past Friday and was so pleased! I am giving 4 stars because the breakfast I had was delicious! I enjoyed the crispy bacon and the fresh eggs! I bought a chicken pot pie to go and cooked it at home it wasn’t bad but I personally thought it was bland.

Me and my family eat here often, and they literally have the best food in town, I would even go as far to say it’s the best diner in south Jersey! The family that owns it are also so very kind, and personable!! They make you feel so welcome, like you’re apart of the family. And their customer service skills are very good as well. All around a wonderful establishment, if you haven’t tried them, it’s definitely a must!!
