As usual, Bleu Bear is 100% amazing. It’s so rare to find a solid, consistent gluten free bakery and Bleu Bear hits its mark every time.
As someone who loves to taste different flavors it would be amazing if they offered a $20 box with an assortment of “broken” or “imperfect” pieces so I can try different flavors before committing to a full item.

This is one of the best gluten free bakeries in the state. My wife has celiac and this is the best food she's had. As someone who can eat gluten, the desserts are delicious and don't have that gluten free taste. If your in the mood for some sweet treats definitely stop in!

My 5 year old over the summer discovered she can not tolerate gluten. We've been struggling with snacks and food she likes. I went in the other day and got a chocolate chip cookie with icing and brownie bits on it, an upside down pizza and a vanilla cupcake. She loved it all. Couldn't tell any of it was gluten free! I got teary eyed how happy she was. She hasn't had a dessert she loved in months. We told her on Fridays after school she can go pick out a dessert for the weekend. Dan was very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend. They have vegan options too and everything that contains nuts is labeled!

My fiancé and I drove by and the sign of Gluten Free & Vegan Desserts caught our eye. We stopped by and didn’t regret it. Super yummy and delicious! I highly recommend coming here, you won’t regret it. I had the dulce de leche vanilla donut, it was my favorite! 🤩 The red velvet cupcake was so good too! The baker is a nice woman who knows her stuff. She was helpful and friendly. I truly loved her desserts and will be coming back soon! Thank you for creating a great service for people who eat gluten free and vegan. It’s hard to find such tasty treats that comprise a gluten free lifestyle.

Absolutely AMAZING cakes!!!!! Can't tell that they are gluten free at all!! And I super appreciate how they have their own kitchen where no cross contamination happens so I know my sister who has celiac will be safe eating their food. I ordered this cake and didn't have anything in mind for the decorations besides the colors and told them it was Buzz Lightyear/Toy Story themed and they went above and beyond with making it super fun and cute!! My sister adored it and it tasted so good too. Definitely will be making it a habit to get tasty treats here from time to time. The owners/people working there and who I communicated with were super nice!! Plus I ordered this a bit last minute and over a holiday weekend as well and they still were able to get it done for me and I am so grateful.

A lot of gluten-free products you can TELL are gluten-free. Not these baked goods - they don’t have that gluten-free taste or texture at all. We will definitely be back, this will be my go-to for any time I need gluten-free goods!

During my visit, I was served a cupcake that had a hair in it. Definitely not something you want to find in your food. I let the staff know, and to their credit, they did replace it right away. The second cupcake was fresh and tasted good — no issues there.
That said, the situation was still disappointing and left me questioning cleanliness standards. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate that they made it right, but first impressions matter — especially when it comes to food safety.

I cannot recommend this place enough, I placed an order for my best friend who was diagnosed with celiac’s disease recently. They had a milestone birthday coming up so I wanted something special that they could actually enjoy without worrying about getting sick. Bleu Bear’s communication was incredible and they were so kind. My best friend is into goth aesthetics so I wanted an all black heart shaped cake with decorative piping. I couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out!!! The flavor was a yellow cake and chocolate frosting, which was delicious! Not dry at all! When I picked the cake up, the woman at the front was very nice and the owner’s fiance helped bring the cake to my car. They told me they loved making this cake for my friend and you can definitely tell by how well it was crafted. Whether you’re gluten free or gluten tolerant, please check this place out!

I should preface this by saying I do not eat gluten-free typically, but I had visited the neighboring barbecue place for lunch and decided to stop by the bakery on my way out. I got two peanut butter items, a slice of tandy cake and a fluffernutter cupcake. I haven’t tried the cake yet, but I had to pull over and eat the cupcake on my way home, as I couldn’t stand waiting anymore. It was absolutely perfect. Sooooo good!
