Took my family to chic fila in West Berlin. They gave us our sandwiches (grilled club) without the cheese. We took the sandwiches back and the person behind the counter had them put a cold cheese slice on the sandwiches. This is unacceptable. I went to the counter and they would not fix the issue. I have never had this happen in a chic fila ever. Not the service I normally receive at chic fila.

Arrived this morning to get breakfast. An employee (on break) lacked decorum and was blaring his cell phone on speaker. Then, when I tried to order, another employee behind the counter pulled out her own cell phone and began her own text conversation. It was terrible. Who pulls their cell phone out while working and ignores customers? She was so ensconced in her own meaningless texts that another employee had to come up from behind to wait on me.

The food here is good but the service is not all that great. I’ve had 2 bad experiences one where I paid with cash and the girl put the change in my bag of food so when I opened the nugget box there was coins in the chicken, and second was today I ordered a 12 ct meal and a separate 12 count just the nuggets. I paid for both but when I got home realized they forgot to put in the 12 ct nugget. I called and Anthony told me he would put me in the system so that next time I went the nuggets would be on them for the inconvenience this caused. With this being said you would assume that they would provide you with a refund or something to make up for their mistake yet he said no if you want a refund you have to come in or next time the nuggets will be on us. I said so they aren’t going to be on you because I already paid for them ide just be picking them up at a later date? I mean if your saying the nuggets would be on you guys then that would mean you would provide me with some type of refund or so, he said no either a refund where I had to drive back there to get or next time I go I could get the nuggets on them. Again makes no sense but ok I still went back to get my refund. Not saying I’m not gonna return I’ll just have to check my order before I leave but maybe they need to focus a bit more on what they are doing.
