Countless times they have gotten the order wrong, the food was subpar, or I had missing items. For the most part, the employees have been nice. But the last time they forgot my fries, again, I called the store and she put me on hold. After 5 minutes of holding, I hung up. I don't appreciate that they messed up my order, but then they made me continue to hold. It wasn't even peak time. There were only 4 cars in the drive thru when I was there.
I stop here frequently I never have had a problem until today. The girl that took my order, had an attitude and seemed miserable. Didn’t reply when I said thank you the first two times and left out my egg and cheese that I ordered on my spicy biscuit sandwich.
Really great customer service especially from a full teenage staff. There was an issue with my food and it was rectified immediately in such a professional manner, On a busy Saturday! I'm not a big fan of fast food but this is a place I'd recommend and revisit.
