Food was great. Service was bad. Took forever for them to even ask us our order and then when we got our food half of it wasn’t what we asked for. Most things we wanted they didn’t have and everytime we asked for something they tried to walk away before we could even finish.

A pleasant surprise. I haven't been to an IHOP in years after bad experiences over multiple visits at an IHOP closer to my house. Excellent service and good food. All for a reasonable price.

The male server needs to do something with his hair. I keeps flipping his hair over player on food while serving and keeps touching his hair. Why does he not wear either a hair net or hat? He will never serve us.

Perfect moist buttermilk pancakes! I had the short stack, my girls had a chocolate chip and a buttermilk pancake and each enjoyed theirs as well. Service was quick and polite.

Vibes were good when we came in. After we ordered and received our food we were not pleased. The dish we ordered wasn’t pleasant, the nashville hot chicken and waffles. Granted, it was something new. No problem. However, our server never came back over to check on us and that was one of our main courses. We ended up not eating it at all. We’ve previously been to the Williamstown IHOP and had a great experience. This was not up to the same standards. Even my pancakes were not as good as previous times. We paid for the food, around $45, left a $10 tip. When the server brought us the receipt to sign, I mentioned that if someone tells them they don’t like something, they should offer to have it taken off of the bill. They proceeded to tell us policy was they can’t comp anything if it’s more than half eaten. Lmk if this plate looks half eaten to you guys. We will not be back again.

Had breakfast today at IHOP in Berlin, NJ.Food was good - but our server was a teen ager named Mike.All servers there are friendly but Mike went out of his way to be sure we were happy with everything from when being seated to taking our order as well as checking to make sure all the food was to our liking. He was pleasant, respectful with great manners. He is definitely an asset to IHOP.Parking: sometimes its hard to find a spot to park.
