The Food was Delicious and has Great Waitress
Good cooking, subpar costumer service
Our waitress Carmen informed us of the menu, gave us great suggestions, was clear, precise, friendly, everything was clean and she was great! Overall we thought she was fantastic. Thank you.

IHOP offers a pleasant atmosphere and is a great place for kids to eat. Service can be hit or miss, but many visitors have recently experienced great service, with waitresses being friendly and attentive. Food quality can also vary; however, several guests have enjoyed hot and fresh meals, like the mushroom/spinach omelet and steak omelette, served quickly without a wait. The coffee and orange juice have been well-received as well. The store is clean and smells good, with everyone in good spirits. The GM, Hector Alvarado, is wonderful and tapped into every aspect of the restaurant, personable and polite. This IHOP is a nice spot with easy access, pleasant and efficient staff, and reliably good and fresh food. The Classic Eggs Benedict with fruit and OJ is wonderful. Carafe of coffee at the table is a nice touch. Despite some inconsistencies in the past, IHOP remains a good spot for quality food at a reasonable price, with plenty of parking and wheelchair accessibility.
