Sprinklz is such a cute little spot seriously it’s like stepping into a sugar dream the colors the smell of fresh waffles and ice cream everything just makes you smile I got the cookies and cream sundae with extra sprinkles of course and it was amazing creamy cold sweet just perfect the staff were super friendly too they even let me sample a few flavors before choosing the vibe is fun and relaxed music playing soft lights lots of families and kids around it’s impossible not to feel happy there I’m definitely coming back for the milkshakes next time

Extremely disappointed. I been going here for years and crave it over the winter. Last night me and my wife got two twist cones and the ice cream was bad. Super gainy and we are both currently sick from it. Super disappointed and probably will never go back. I get it was 30 mins before closing but definitely a refreeze or bad batch but for 14 dollars come on.

Today, I had the pleasure of attending a fundraiser hosted by the Berlin Township School District at Sprinkz in Berlin, and what a delightful experience it was! I brought my son, Jordan, along to join in the fun, and we were both treated to far more than just sweet treats—we witnessed sweet humanity in action.
The staff—who appeared to be local students—were filled with warmth, kindness, and professionalism beyond their years. One moment, in particular, truly touched me: a teenager dropped his ice cream, and without hesitation, a Sprinkz team member graciously replaced it at no additional cost. That level of generosity and compassion deserves high praise. It speaks volumes about the values behind this business and the heart of the community they serve.
Now, let’s talk about the treats! The waffle sandwich with vanilla ice cream is a must-try—delicious, generously portioned, and perfect for sharing with family. It was a standout favorite and definitely a reason we’ll be back.

Recently came here with my friend for a sweet treat, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Huge selection of flavor and the ice cream was delicious as well, definitely recommend checking them out if you in the area for a sweet treat.

Our amazing server (Lindsey) was super nice and quick to make our ice cream. She was also kind enough to explain what some things were on the menu and showed me the difference between their specialty cones. There's on-site parking, handicap parking, and a ramp available as needed. Lots of outdoor seating and a little bit of tree shade. I had the churro ice cream with a waffle cone. The waffle cone was a little harder than others that I've had at other places, but it didn't crumble and leak all over the place, so that was a plus. Conversely, the pretzel cone is good and solid, but less appetizing than the waffle (sorry). I wouldn't completely dismiss it because everyone has their own likes and dislikes. Lastly, price is right! Highly recommend visiting!
