I got there a little early for my order, but really appreciate when Gianna came up and asked which one was mine and made sure to help me out while trying to keep my three-year-old entertained. The order came out faster than expected and I really appreciate it their efforts.
Above and beyond! Gianna is an absolute superstar!
I had an incredible experience with Buffalo Wild Wings in West Caldwell thanks to Gianna. After burning my foot today, walking and driving were extremely painful, so I tried ordering delivery through the app. Unfortunately, the app glitched and switched my order to pick-up.

It was my first time to Buffalo wild wings. I came in to ask if they have fish sandwich option, because I rarely eat meat. They didn’t. I wasn’t going to get anything until the employee explained what they have with enthusiasm. Her name was Giana. She genuinely made it seem pleasant being there, and made me want to order something. Here I am on the other side of that with six piece wings and french fries. Good vibes.
