Man, BK has changed their fries and they have to be the best out of any fast food restaurant. That alone has improved BK about 70%. Their burgers aren't the greatest but now with these fries, the burgers aren't that bad that u have to pass it up. They just need to add more toppings (lettuce, tomatoes and onions) to pass the other fast food restaurants. But man, great fries make a difference.
Parking: Well, considering that BK has lost some rep from past decisions they have PLENTY of parking bc not many ppl go there. But I think if they continue this trend of improving the quality of their food they will fill their lot with customers.
Kid-friendliness: The ppl working this BK in W. Caldwell are cool and very friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, they have wheelchair accessible bathrooms, parking, entrance and seating.

I decided that I wanted to get a combo from the menu. I told my order as a #1 with cheese with NO Pickles and NO Onions, was sent out with pickles and onions on it anyway. Burger tasted 5 hours old, employee at drive thru can't take a customers order properly. If I was able to give a negative 5 star rating, I would have done due to having young adults that can't have a order place as customers request and having the order made fresh. Otherwise, I recommend that people should be choosy about going somewhere to get a good hot fresh meal that is known for very good food made.

Gentleman working the drive-up tonight was excellent. I had a long day and his smile and friendly demeanor made me smile. My order was correct, napkins in the bag, and quick service. I only spent a few minutes but left in a better mood. You never know when you can improve someone’s day, so take the opportunity to be a good person. My thanks to this employee - I hope management sees that he is recognized.
They use the right amount of oil ,grease fat, and salt .
