A great place that offers excellent service and a comfortable environment. I appreciated how organized everything was and how helpful the staff were throughout my visit. It was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I have no hesitation recommending it to other people.
Fabulous product & magnificent cakes - as we all know - Carvel calls you to come get some - staff very nice, accomodating Sadly, seating area is absolutely filthy - benches & floor caked with drippings - ice cream & chocolate smudges - windows a mess... :(

I’ve been ordering Fudgie the whale from Carvel in West Caldwell for every family birthday for over 15 years. Absolutely delicious! Sometimes we get extra crunchies, fudge or all vanilla ice cream for an additional reasonable cost. Kirsten and Karen as well as their staff have always gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
