The employees were clearly so apathetic. They gave me the wrong item, didn’t apologize, made excuses, and tried to convince me that what they’d given me instead was better than what I ordered.When I was ordering at the drive thru, they asked a bunch of questions that showed they hadn’t been listening. Joanne (hope I spelled her name right) provided the best customer service I've received in a while! We need more people like her. I would appreciate if she is recognized for her outstanding service and kindness in going the extra mile

Everyone was very nice and responsive. I wasn't pleased with the cake flavor selection everything was mostly chocolate or cookies and cream - no vanilla. Then we had them write on the cake and it was terribly written. Thankfully they were so nice that we didn't make a fuss.
