I don’t understand why they dilute their juice with water. If I buy juice I’m looking for 100% juice not a mix of juice to water ratio. The juices taste too watered down.

Be careful! Had been following Chef V more than one year. Had a trouble with the delivery every second month. It is like a lottery: you never know if you received it or not. Now, they are using FedEx. FedEx just put the package near your door, and your" fresh juice " is laying under the sun for several hours.

I placed my order for the 21 day detox. It’s week 2 and I still haven’t received any of my products. I was really excited to begin but they don’t seem to know how to do their jobs. I even drove 30 minutes to pickup my order myself because their delivery team can’t seem to find my address I got their at 4:15 and they were closed the website says 6!!

I ordered the 21-day detox and received my first delivery last Tuesday. They said I would receive 3 weekly deliveries but only received one so far. I called & their mailbox is full and sent two emails but so far no response. Sad thing is, I liked the detox but kind of got derailed by them not giving me the other deliverers as promised. Very disappointing.

Literally drove 30mins one way to pick up my order (says you close at 6PM) it’s 4:45PM and no ones here. Please update your hours online and make it know when you place an online order that you can’t “pick it up in 15mins” if you’re already closed!

Chef V- Absolutely love everything about my delivery of fresh cold pressed juice, detox soup, protein shakes, and schedule for the detox! The order process was easy, delivery was very smooth. Driver called me at 3:45am (still asleep) but my delivery was waiting by my door at 4am promptly. The 2 day pre cleanse instructions was simple, and easy. Cutting out dairy, sugar, caffeine, meat (vegetarian) so that was no big deal. I thought not having caffeine was going to be a tough one, as a avid coffee drinker, that uses raw specialty sugar, no refined sugars. Did not realize how addictive sugar can be, and I hope to lessen my sugar habit. This juice cleanse is not for a fast weight loss after Thanksgiving but it's a lifestyle for me. Not having to think about meal prep, and food makes this easy. Don't have any medical issues such as high cholesterol, diabetes, or blood pressure issues. But I am sure this is going to make my Doctors jealous that my routine blood work is better than theirs! To be honest "Nothing tastes, as good as skinny feels"! And I don't feel like chewing, so I will be sipping these juices right into the New Years!

I have been following Chef V for years and doing the juices and recipes. Lately, I did the cleanse! It’s the best thing you can put in your mouth! I saw that I was over 200 lbs this year so I ordered 2 5-day cleanses and I lost 15 lbs. I’ve lost 25 lbs since I started. It changes your outlook on life, and gets rid of the toxins to reset your life.

June 2 - we ordered 4 sets of 21 day challenge. Customer service sent an email asking for confirmation that we ordered 4, I then replied right that yes, it is for 4 persons. We picked a delivery date (from the order form) - June 15 (Wednesday) June 16 - 4 boxes arrived, packaging is so poor considering it is $1500 order (after 50% discount). 3 small ice packs didn't preserve the juices and arrived warm, damaged items. We emailed customer service, they corrected it by promising a fresh batch the following week. Our anticipated program delayed by 1 week. But still ok, we can wait. June 23 - replacements arrived. Goods were relatively in good shape....BUT 1 box is missing. Emailed Customer Service, no response. Sent PM to ChefV and replied. Minutes later, CS provided emailed and said "box will arrive tonight" June 24 (Friday) - checked and no box arrived. Sent another PM to ChefV via IG. Then another email from CS came with tracking numbers. I then went and checked the tracking numbers. Good we're returned to the sender. Can't customer service at least type that carrier had to return it? I had to do my own digging on what happened to the package Weekend - sent PM to ChefV asking how can this be corrected. She replied that CS will be back on Monday and will ensure "I am taken cared of" June 28 - email received, 4th box will be reshipped. I replied asking for confirmation that we are expecting 1 box for week 1 4 boxes for week 2 June 29 - Customer Service replied "Yes, your orders should be arriving this week for all 4 people." I then replied and asked for tracking numbers. No response. June 30 (Thursday) - it's 3pm ET. No tracking number, no email from customer service and Chef V happily announced in the private FB that she will be away for the week. I then sent another PM asking if we can just refund because instead of helping us "detoxifying", this order is just becoming a toxic engagement. The goodness of the products defeats the purpose. One star is for ChefV because at least she replies at a personal level. Not sure I can recommend the online ordering. Maybe if you go visit the store it will be much better. This is the worst & most expensive online transaction I have ever experienced. While the juices are prob great quality, I will not recommend it if you don't live within driving distance to their store and can easily pick up your order. Horrible customer service. There are small businesses similar to this in our area but they don't have this kind of issue. I think ChefV is taking in more than what they can deliver and quality service gets compromised. Update: I forgot to mention that I also called several times & left a message; ChefV also replied that I need to check my spam folder. Duh.
