“Hands down the best donuts I have ever had. Always so soft and cakey with an insane selection of flavors. My coworkers love it when I bring these in. The strawberry cheesecake, pina colada, coffee, blueberry, apple pie, coconut, and classic glazed were some of my favorites. Will be coming back here again and again for sure! Highly highly recommend (plus there’s plenty of indoor seating if you want to hang around and enjoy in-house!)“

Not only are her donuts ridiculously delicious, she was super accommodating and always quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. We bought a couple orders of the bagel bites and it was cold, the cream cheese tasted rotten and the whole thing had a weird smell like a hospital smell. 🤮“

“Have always enjoyed Hot Pot and was thrilled when this location opened. The layout of the place is a bit odd. The bar is stuffed off in a corner and there is very little room up front. These things are only worth noting because unsurprisingly, at least on the weekends, you will almost certainly have a wait. We were lucky to get a seat at the bar, but by the time our table was ready, there was a huge crowd stuffed into the front end. In the summer this may not be as big a deal, but on a cold winter evening, this could be annoying.Other than that, the atmosphere is cheerful and upbeat. The place being relatively new is as expected clean and bright.Selected the mushroom broth for the hot pot and it was delicious. Ample options make it interesting. The server was friendly and helpful in making selections. The only problem, and I don't know where the breakdown was, whether it was the person taking the order, or the people bringing it out, but every order we placed, had something missing. Not really.thwt big a deal as you just ask for it and they eventually bring it. It is just a little annoying, and I am sure over time they will get any bugs they have in their setup fixed. And everything else is with that little inconvenience, because all the food is fresh and delicious.A second trip for the BBQ was equally delicious, and unfortunately had the same issue with orders missing parts was still there. But it still isn't annoying enough to prevent me from returning again.“

“I used to go to a Dunkin’ closer to where I work but they had modified hours during the onset of the pandemic so I started going to this one. Well, the service was so great here and everyone so friendly that I just never left. Recently the 3 men that opens in the a.m are truly awesome at their job; they know my order more recent: Plain toasted bagel, butter, extra jelly, and a corn muffin. The timely customer services skills are "Greatly" appreciated; it has saved me from being late for work on many mornings.

Parking: 2 lots for parking with a quick in and out process.

Their fried items are fresh, coffee is fresh everything is fresh! They serve with a smile and eye contact, sometimes moving their work right in front of you so you see it finished right away!

I promise go in there with a smile, be patient and give them space and they will do the world for you. There are fantastic souls working here on Passaic for our benefit.
