Just moved into the area and this place is so good ! Our waitress grace was excellent with many great suggestions ! Service with a smile on her face ! This is our new go to pizzeria. 10/10 recommend :)

Sad experience from a usually good place. Entrees came out before the starter which we ordered and specified as a started when we sat down. Then the starter took an additional 35 mins, server then told us the kitchen said the ticket came in at 516pm (btw that was at 551pm) and they couldn’t understand why we were unhappy. The starter was order 10 mins before “the ticket”. A simple I’m sorry, rather then a debate would have gone a long way, we asked for a check and left.

They like to throw oregano on the pizza after it comes out of the oven. The pizza would be much better if they did not do so. Another pet peeve, if you want to have your slices at a table, they make you sit down and have a waitress bring it to you. If I wanted waitress service, I would go to a real restaurant. The waitress does not take the order, you have to wait on line to order your own food, and then they put you in a situation to guilt you into leaving a tip. Not going back.

food is amazing but don't go if you want good customer service. been here about 8 times & never once left in a good mood. something as simple as putting mayo on my sandwich is always a problem and they never put it. I always got to go to the front & ask for mayo which is always received with attitude. everyone who works here is an unhappy loser. Food is good though!
Unfortunately the pizza was very lacking in flavor. The sauce was very off putting and sweet and the cheese was barely melted. It's a shame because when I used to come 30 years ago as a kid it was awesome. Gave it a nostalgic shot, but unfortunately I will not be ordering again. To see reviews that this is the best pizza in Caldwell is pretty wild.

Franco's has been around for a long time for good reason, it's all good.
I order all the time and great food. My only suggestion is for some dinners they offer don't put over pasta unless states. I ordered veal Frances that came with a side of pasta. Veal was on top of and all the lemon butter sauce was soaked up so the veal was dry. Not what I planned on ordering based on menu. But I will never stop going back will just be clear. UPDATE to all. I apologize to francos not a criticism a suggestion. Owner not only called me but so gracious and wasn't want I was looking for. The stuffed filet of sole was outstanding and again one of my favorite places. And the woman who takes the phone orders one of the most pleasant nicest person ever and repeat the order. I would give 10 stars overall if available

Consistently good no frills Jersey pizza spot. Fantastic pie. Delivery is fast and friendly and their prices are reasonable. They always honor requests like "x on the side" or "well done". This place is an A+, will keep returning!
