We are regular customers here. They take quite a bit longer on orders than other Starbucks, so I've learned to order a good 15-20 minutes before I pick up the order. Our orders have always been correct. The staff members are friendly. But they really need to stop using non-permanent markers to write on the cups. The amount of marker on my hands/clothes from these drinks is wild.
Great new location with new chairs and clean bathrooms at times. The only issue is the music is extremely loud as if there’s a live concert inside and it’s supposed to be quiet like a coffee shop to allow for a concentration and networking. other than that, pretty similar to all the other Starbucks. It seems as though that the staff at this location is always on a new cycle. baristas need to be trained for the Starbucks brand to be at its best. please do better
