I was in dire need of food and came across Homestyle to go: I ordered the Chicken caprese cutlet, and I had to respectively tell my Italian mother that the chicken cutlet was better than her’s… I then convinced my family to order dinner here the next day and everyone was extremely satisfied with their choices; from burgers to a quinoa bowl to the meatloaf entree to the braised short rib sandwich pictured below. The shrimp po boy was out of this world delicious!! Everything from the ciabatta roll to the seasoning and crispness of the fried shrimp! And the cutlet with basil pesto and tomato was fabulous also. The rolls are definitely top tier, not like anyplace else!!!
Some of the most delicious food I had in a long time. It actually tastes clean, flavorful and homemade. Clean ingredients prepared really well! We has shrimp Po Boy, Quinoa Bowl w/ Shrimp Jumbo Lump Crab Cake. Highly recomend!
