Went here with friends and they messed up our WHOLE ORDER we ordered three bagels and only got two. The also messed up two out of three drinks bc the cashier lady was trying to memorize it (she failed) then we went to ask if they can add cold foam to TWO of them they took the third one and added it WHILE I WAS TELLING THEM NOT TOO they also put milk in me and my friend's drink and we are LACTOSE INTOLERANT and ask for almond milk and oak milk they also ran out of toilet paper so they gave us a glob of paper towels
Got my order wrong 3 times and when I tried talking to them they looked at me and proceeded to make it wrong right in front of me. Also they put milk in my drink even though I told them I can't have milk and they did not listen to me and I'm HIGHLY LACTOSE!!
Everything was, okay. It sufficed but left something to be desired. Nice people but miss the ham breakfast sandwiches.

I stop several times each week on my way home from work. They are very polite to me. They greet me by name when I approach the counter. They're quick, and I've never had an issue with my order. For the commenters who mentioned race, I am a white guy with blue eyes and a beard. They have never been rude to me. In fact, I see a lot of smiles and have even caught one employee beautifully singing a song 🎶

They're blasting ads (with occasional music) at full volume, and we asked them to just turn down the volume a bit so we can concentrate, and they said no, the manager isn't here.
As if only the manager can turn a volume knob. Lazy and rude employees. Can't afford $10 per month for Spotify?

Come to this dunkin often for my dunkin fix😊, was disappointed when my son and I came when the new Halloween treats came out October16th, they didn't have the halloween spider donut ready and didn't have the halloween munkin with sprinkles ready either. On a higher note the potion macchiatto was delicious.Hopefully the next time we come they'll have them available 😔

They forget items often. Check your bag before you leave the drive thru. Otherwise they don't mess up drinks or how you want your sandwich. Just annoyed that our receipt stapled to the bag says 6 items and got only 5.
These guys were super nice, they made killer Pumpkin Spice iced lattes to kick off the season! Thanks for contributing to my visit up north.

I go literally every other day. I get the same order. Why is it that it tastes so different, each time? I always ask for my coffee to be decaf and certain sugars and syrups but you can always tell they don’t apply it and just do what they want.

After repeating my order multiple times to ensure I can use certain deals when I scan my app the rang me up for different items so I wouldn’t get the discount I don’t usually ask for a receipt thankfully I did this time don’t really care about the money because I got what I ordered just seemed very shady won’t be going back. Use mobile order if you want the deals!

I went in yesterday around 6am to store number 352029 at 1671 Crown Point Road West Deptford, NJ 08086. I bought a coffee and sat down. I had an interview for a teaching job through my phone. I started the interview with headphones and a minute in the manager came over to tell me there was a 15 minute limit for sitting, and then I would be loitering. I indicated I bought a coffee. He said yeah only 15 minutes and pointed to a "no loitering" sign. I told the manager I am in the middle of an interview, and the manager told me this is not a place for interviews. I had to tell the interviewer I would call them back. The manager was trying to tell me it was Dunkin Donuts policy to have the 15 minute limit, and if he didn't enforce it, corporate would see me sitting on camera and complain to him. He told me it was to keep the dining area from being overcrowded. I obviously didn't believe this and told him he has a choice and to not pretend it's a corporate rule and that this dining area is empty and is almost always empty. I was really in shock. I thought I was at a normal cafe/restaurant where I was allowed to sit and enjoy my coffee and use my phone. I told him if this is really the case, I won't be coming back to Dunkin Donuts and again and I would provide a review about this experience. I was already 7 minutes into my 15 minute limit so I stepped outside with my backpack. I realized I needed to quickly get back to this interview, so I went back in and asked another worker if I could stay for 40 minutes and then I would be out of their hair forever to which they said yes. I was able to finish the interview and then left.
I was in shock and couldn't understand. I couldn't understand what problem I was causing. The radio and tv were way louder than my conversation. I was dressed well and bathed so I don't think I was creating a negative environment. I was not taking up too much space. I never take supplies from the store. I'm at a loss.
Maybe the third time I visited back in August/September, the 50-year-old worker came up to me and asked, "Why are you here?" To be honest, it was a little rude, but I thought maybe English wasn't his first language so I thought it was by accident. I answered "I like to study and look at career opportunities here." Him: "Why don't you do this at home?" Me: "I don't have WIFI at my sister's house." Him: "Why not?" Me: "My sister can tether Wifi from her phone but my reception is really bad there." On the surface these questions are quite rude, but I didn't take it personal because I thought it was just a language/cultural barrier. Maybe a few weeks later I went around 7pm and the manager told me the dining room was closed, even though the store hours went until later. Especially in August/September, I very often had the experience of sitting at the front waiting to order because the workers were busy with the drive thru. The impression I get is this location is that it's all about the drive thru and they don't really want to have a dining area. I always feel I get a cold reception which before I chalked up to a language but now I understand was intentional. Once again, I don't understand what I did wrong.

Genuinely the worst Dunkin Donuts in the area. Placed a small catering order for a work meeting and they canceled our order without an explanation less than 30 minutes before the meeting. Unprofessional place, I'd suggest you spend your money literally anywhere else.
