I’ve been here less than 5 times and each time without a doubt my order is incorrect and the staff is unfriendly. They will argue with you when you attempt to correct their mistake by requesting what you paid for.

I went to use the restroom and was given a key by the worker at the front desk. Two mins sitting down on the toilet, a worker began knocking at the door, asking me for the key back. I told her they would need to wait a minute as I was using the bathroom. 30 seconds later, they began to yell and say they need the key back now. I began yelling back through the door that I cannot do that and that they will need to wait! Another 30 seconds later, they began to pound on the door, saying that they need the key back. I once again said I will get it back to them once I am finished!
Once I finished, I walked out and they were waiting outside the door! I let them know that that was extremely rude, and they need to have two keys or open the door for the customer if they only have 1 for both bathrooms!
This situation could’ve been avoided! And the way that this was handled was absolutely disgusting! I will never go to this Dunkin’ Donuts ever again and I advise anybody else from going there either!

So, I mainly go through the drive thru here and most of the time I'm checking my bag or sipping my prepared drink to make sure it's correct before pulling away. So buyer beware. Otherwise it's your standard Dunkin.

Crappie parking lot ever. Order is wrong often and by the time we realize it - we're at our destination and it's too late to go back. Don't have the snack menu all day. Frequently run out of items by 4pm.

Instead of telling you, They think that you won’t notice that they just use oatmilk and some vanilla coloring when they do not have decaf coffee beans. I had to go to another Dunkin to get the same coffee as I can tell my latte was missing the espresso. Notice the difference. Hilarious
They are fast and accurate . Just make sure you place your order clearly cause English isn't always first language friendly workers always include napkins and straws often get a free donut if you're a regular

Horrendous bagel, it was like chewing leather. We told them to double toast it and the didn't. Coffee was watery and had no taste. The guy gave me coffee and totally forgot about bagel until I asked. Terrible service, and borderline criminal food quality.

Went here with friends and they messed up our WHOLE ORDER we ordered three bagels and only got two. The also messed up two out of three drinks bc the cashier lady was trying to memorize it (she failed) then we went to ask if they can add cold foam to TWO of them they took the third one and added it WHILE I WAS TELLING THEM NOT TOO they also put milk in me and my friend's drink and we are LACTOSE INTOLERANT and ask for almond milk and oak milk they also ran out of toilet paper so they gave us a glob of paper towels

Got my order wrong 3 times and when I tried talking to them they looked at me and proceeded to make it wrong right in front of me. Also they put milk in my drink even though I told them I can't have milk and they did not listen to me and I'm HIGHLY LACTOSE!!
