New China restaurant is a hidden gem in West Deptford! This family owned Chinese food restaurant offers fresh, great tasting food. I have ordered the shrimp egg foo young every week since November 2024 and it is consistently a treat every time. Jing and the Zheng family provide great, friendly, fast service, and the restaurant is very clean and inviting. Try the fresh almond cookies!
Wow! I have been to multiple chinese restaurants but this one is by far my favorite. The dishes are delicious and the customer service is impeccable!! I am so thankful that I stopped by here while visiting family. Next time I come to West Deptford I will definitely be coming again!!!
I conducted an experiment and ordered the same meal from 3 different Chinese restaurants at the same time. (I’m new to the area and wanted to find good Chinese take out quickly. haha!)I ordered general tso combo and wonton soup. The soup was fine, nothing special and probably wouldn’t get again. But the general tso’s was the best of all 3 restaurants! It was a little spicy, lots of chicken and not overly battered, good fried rice, good egg roll.I didn’t have high hopes...
