Great restaurant suitable for dinners and parties of all kinds. It's definitely a world-class restaurant in the USA. Food prepared with care and attentive and courteous staff.

We had thanksgiving dinner here and it was excellent! The place was beautifully decorated, warm and inviting. We had a table water side. It was really nice. I opted for the filet instead of traditional thanksgiving dinner, and my wife had the fish. One of our other part members got the thanksgiving feast. Everyone loved their meals. I had a pear old fashioned that was absolutely amazing! With drinks the meal worked out to roughly $100 per person. I look forward to coming back in the summer months to enjoy the view while it's still light outside.

We went here for Thanksgiving 2025! Amazing from the moment we went in. The service was impeccable, food outstanding, and we had a pleasant and relaxing experience. Three cheers to the pumpkin pie maker - tasted like my mom made it!

Very pleasant atmosphere right on the river. Service was very good. We did the family style thanksgiving. I would say food was very good. A couple dishes were just ok. Portions were a little small. $50 for a turkey dinner is a little over priced, but we knew that going in and it was a holiday. Overall we enjoyed our meal and atmosphere.

Ordered a extra plate to have a whole turkey served family style. The waitress had no experience cutting a turkey and platted it chopped up. When I inquired about how it was being cut, I was told that it would be cut properly in the kitchen. Unfortunately the turkey was returned on a platter butchered like someone that had never cut meat before cut it. I am disappointed because the whole purpose of me purchasing a whole turkey was to have the meat for sandwiches. I wasted my money

I feel morally compelled to let everyone who is considering eating here on Thanksgiving know just how the turkeys are handled. The turkeys arrive fresh, not frozen, on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. They are placed on racks in the kitchen and left to sit at room temperature. They remain there, raw and without any refrigeration, for several days until Wednesday. They are then picked up in unrefrigerated vans by a local bakery. The turkeys (and whatever other organisms they've since acquired) are all cooked at the bakery, and then returned once again in unrefrigerated vans, to Riverwinds. They are again left to sit in the open air at room temperature in the kitchen. When you and your family (hopefully none of you are immunocompromised, especially young children and the elderly) come on Thanksgiving they are heated up and served.

I should note that after the turkeys return to Riverwinds, some of them are shipped to unsuspecting patrons at the Mount Royal Inn.

It is abhorrent to know that in the year 2025, a supposedly high-end restaurant actually handles meat this way. Thankfully, I am in possession of video and photo images and I will be turning them over to the Board of Health.

The food was amazing especially the sticky toffee cake. One of the best that I have ever eaten.

Beautiful upscale place with casual atmosphere. Food and service is excellent. There is outdoor seating with view of Delaware River during warm months. Piano musician & singer on weekend nights. Lots of parking. Outside property is well maintained. I have never encountered any undesirable behavior here. Several television s with games on.

We went for a double date. First off, attn. Host/Hostess, don’t ask your party where they want to sit, ever, you should have a plan, shouldn’t you? Watched this with 5 seatings. Awful practice. Every seating was confused, read the room buddy.

New server was attentive and welcoming. A few mistakes were made BUT I blame the crazy piano bar lady’s volume. I dislike a restaurant/bar without separation as the bar becomes the entire place. We went early to avoid this but there she was. I couldn’t hear the server she couldn’t hear us. This is always a problem unless you are outside.

Food- Little necks were partially emptied but really unappetizing and looked gross (er than normal) we ate about a third of them. The cheesesteak egg rolls were fine. Meal 1 & 2 were filets and were fine, nothing amazing, just as advertised but just fine. Meal 3 completely wrong meal. Meal 4 wrong potatoes (too loud when ordering are both the issues here). Drinks GGoose dirty Martini with stuffed olives, we ordered two, they were different colors and had reg olives, Sweet Natalie corrected the olives but the drinks were not amazing. Also your house Pinot Grigio’s flavor profile was off maybe time to revisit if you do that.

One of the party approached a manager, specifically asked Kelly to NOT BLAST THE SERVER as we figured out it was a volume issue combined with a new person. Guess what Kelly did? Blasted the server who was visibly upset when she came back. Bad management Kelly. Do better. Listen to your customers you don’t know everything.

When seating a party of four choose a table over number of seats. The restaurant was no where near capacity. We reserved a table, were offered a step up booth ( suitable for a couple or small people 3-4 maybe) appropriate sized table. Instead we were sat at a square table suitable for 2 not 4. Again host/hostess WAKE UP. No room for drinks, appetizers (that came out before we got drinks) and salads/soup, barely enough room for dinner plates no room for bread. This means we order less not more.

Hostess came to clear and did not engage although she knew there were problems. They removed the incorrect meal, comped a bad drink and sent us on our way. Ifs this is the best Glo Co has to offer? I hope not.
