Waited for ten minutes for two frosties... They were giving out wrong orders to at least two cars in front of us. They also tried to give us food that we didn't order, like I said we only ordered frosties. We finally got ours and they were not that cold. Waited 10 minutes AT THE PICKUP WINDOW. I will go to Wendy's again, just probably not this location.

Staff was very rude. Food was cold. I asked for regular nuggets for my kid but they gave me spicy nuggets no sauce and the wrong burger. I complained at the drive thru window. And was told " if I wanted a refund because they were not going to make my food again. That is the last time I ever go there. Thanks a lot Wendy's

So this place is a joke. The last 10 times I have been here my order has been wrong. I'm always missing something. And my food was ice cold. I ask for coke, I get diet. I ask for Chili with extre cheese it's cold with 3 strings of cheese. Not to mention that half the time what I want is out of stock. I can deal with once or twice my order being wrong but 80% of the time. Stop hiring stupid people please.(unless the owner is stupid then I get it) I have contacted corporate several times and after reading reviews as well as my experience they have done absolutely nothing. So now I fight back. I will go one more time and I will be making a YouTube video. All the money the video makes will go to you. Every penny! I will be giving away gift cards to anyone who comments on the video and promises not to go to this location until the go out of business and someone else takes over. It's ridiculous it has to come to this but I'm tired of these slum restaurants getting away with this for the money they charge!

Rude workers. Cold food. Half the items on the menu are sold out and if you order on the app and pay online and they’re sold out of an item they will give you less in items then you actually paid for then give you attitude even though it’s literally money you paid for items. If you wants cold food bad service and to get cheated this is your place

Nightmare Man
Didn't catch the young man's name who rang us up when inside. But receipt says Host: Ever, Cashier: Sincere. So not sure if that's real. But wife and I visited on 7/23/2024 at 5:52pm. The young man who served us was very polite. Some of the best customer service we've had at any fast food restaurant. We had a specialized order, which had zero mistakes. He was kind enough to give us our dipping sauce cups on the side to make sure they didn't spill in the bag. And the food was all great! This was our first time at this location, but will be switching to here regularly from another location simply because of the great service. Thanks again for the great service and food.
EDIT: What a difference. I stand by the service we got from the guy our first visit to this location on 7/23/24. But it appears we got lucky that time. Visited August 11th 2024. Different staff on. Completely messed up the order. Customers waiting forever for food. Food was lukewarm. Staff member half sitting on the fries bin. Very unsanitary. Place looked filthy. Wont be returning to this location. Only bright spot here is that 1 staff member from the 1st visit.
