Ordered in the drive thru. My grandmom ordered a jbc meal (two junior burgers, fries and drink), I got nuggets and we also got a biggie meal. First the worker had an attitude while we ordered, then we checked bag and surprise was missing a burger so told him only to be told “umm no your not it’s in the bottom.” Get home and it’s not in the bottom :) I worked fast food for six years and it’s not hard to double check orders much less lie when corrected.

Not good. Don’t hit this place for lunch unless you get a good full hour. Takes forever to get your food, although it’s generally once you get it. Stopped in today and stood there for 15 minutes while the manager and an employee stood at the back laughing and talked, had to loudly let them know my order hadn’t been taken. Lunch was over by the time I got my food. Not the first time but definitely the last. Bye…

Helpful, attentive & PATIENT staff! Even 5 mins before closing, were very helpful and friendly when the mobile app wasn't working & still served me with a smile (& even gave my very obnoxious dog a few chicken nuggets!) the only negative is that their Wi-Fi hasn't been working the last couple times I've gone in there.

What an awful fast food joint. I live down the road so sometimes I've stopped by a few times due to convenience. Every single time the food is ice cold. The cheese on the burgers hasn't even remotely melted. The produce on the sandwiches is warmer than the actual protein itself. It is to the point that it's dangerous to sell this kind of food to people as clearly the protein has reached the danger zone of potentially getting someone sick. This isn't a one off experience... This has happened every single time I've been there. This is a serious issue. Corporate needs to get involved. Do not eat here!

I had put in a pick up order through ubereats, and my fiance got there, they claimed to have never received my order. When he showed proof, the lady was rude still wouldn’t make it so I had to contact uber, and they still wouldn’t make it. So Uber had to cancel on their end. My fault though because I’ve never had one single good experience at this location yet I still order here because it’s closest with only being right down the street…never again.

Hit the drive-thru for a Frostie! You can tell I hadn't been in a minute because when he asked what flavor... I was like Flavor??? Well, let me tell ya...Wendys has stepped up!! I had a flavor fusion strawberry 🍓 😋!! There were so many to choose from!! Kudos Wendys!! Kudos!!

Remarkably fresh and delicious. Skin-on fries were some of the best fries I've ever had at a fast food shop. Hats off to today's crew at this Wendy's. My #1 double was $11 and totally worth it.

Every time I order food from this Wendy's through door dash, the bag arrives sealed but missing the fries and sauces. The employees are either completely incompetent or thieves.
