Every time i go there (3×) the burgers are cold the one time i got one that was still partially frozen!!! I have went back multiple times because i love Wendy's and it's the only one close to my house and i thought i would give them another try but this particular one is no longer the place i will be going. Now maybe lunch time is different but late night 7pm and later i would not recommend. The service was great, fast, efficient and kind and the inside is clean as far as i can see. I just don't recommend going after dark unless you want to microwave your burgers. Sorry Wendys i didn't want to do it but i had to speak the truth.

Went through the drive through earlier this evening and ordered a jr bacon cheese burger and a double cheeseburger and the dude said it was like 16 bucks. I said uh that’s not right, he goes oh no hold on…Reads a new total of 11 bucks for my 6 dollar order and when I asked about it not being right again dude literally started yelling the prices at me.I just leftBoth items are 2.99 lol

The drive thru is awful! This Wendy's has gotten super slow and they take forever to serve you especially over the last few years. They take 1 order at a time and do not rush if they have a long line. When our order was ready, they just handed a bag to us and didn't say anything at all. Very unprofessional altogether.

There is white girl working there ( don’t take this offensive as i said white girl ) coz I don’t know her name, she’s skinny with glasses on! So she was the worst worker i ever seen No respect she was in so much rush taking order and full with ego or attitude. No hi hello no thanks or welcome, I don’t know how Wendys hire these kind of workers, very disrespectful and so unprofessional. I will never visit this Wendys again never .?
My brother recieved a small frosty instead of a large and asked the worker at the window if it was a large. Keep in mind the ENTIRE frosty was in his view. He said it was and made a face after he closed the window. I looked up a large frosty and saw that it wasn’t a large. My brother confronted them and eventually got what he asked for. On top of that they forgot the sauces, straws, the receipt, AND charged me $30 for 2 meals. When I got home and checked the bag, I realized they charged me for 2 extra fries that I didn’t ask for. Totally isn’t hard to do your job right. It was empty too, not the first time i’ve had issues with this Wendys’, just horrible.

I swear. I go there every 6 months cause I know they will mess up the order every damn time. And tonight. Just 10 mins ago they didn’t disappoint. You kids get paid good money these days. Please stop messing up every damn time I come there please.
