What a great find! The coffee shop is attached to a gas station, go inside, it’s big and welcoming. There are tables and counters where you can stay and eat. The coffee (freshly roasted!) is excellent. The people are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pāo de queijo and pasteis. They have lots of interesting Brasilian food and drinks and goodies.
So I’m driving past a gas station in West Long Branch and see a sign saying coffee roaster. Naturally I had to pull over because I hit up a lot of these spots and love a good brew. When you first pull up it straight up looks like a regular convenience store.
But step inside and your mind gets blown.
