Ordered a bagel and waited 20 minutes and still didn’t receive me bagel. Asked them what was happening with my food and watched as they ran to make it. Had to leave because I was already late to work, good food but they have no idea how to run a business.

i ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches which cost me $35, that's fine but i asked for all of them to be xtra toasted and they were not toasted at all, i also asked for the eggs to be scrambled but they were fried, for the price my order should of been right.

Just spent 10$ on a tiny egg everything bagel with whitefish, there was barely any whitefish on it and bagel was tiny . The plain bagel my wife ordered was double the size of mine and she ordered butter on it and it had more butter than I had whitefish on my .

I would give this zero stars if i could. I ordered two toasted everything bagels with cream cheese. It took 20 minutes to make… The bagels weren't even toasted. Worst tasting bagels i’ve ever had. The kids behind the counter had no idea what costumer service is. Never going back.

If you like hair in your food this is the place . Not only did I find one piece of hair I found multiple . Almost felt like it was purposely put there . Will never eat there again and this wasn’t the first time .

I ordered the ocean port wrap with a side of fries and a pork roll egg and cheese sesame bagel. $40 door dash order. PEC bagel was 5/5 stars without a doubt. Highly recommend. The ocean port wrap was a 2/5 star. Hardly any chicken I felt like I was eating lettuce avocados and wrap with random croutons of chicken breast pieces. Fries were better than I expected for a bagel joint. I just had to dump salt and pepper on them and shake them up a bit. Ketchup is required.

Wasn't exactly happy with my order. Wanted to try gluten free bagel, didn't check it before i left. It was like ice cold so it must have been frozen prior. Asked for light cream cheese and it came with basically nothing on it. The place has a strong oil smell and it's fairly dirty. Look up the vents are covered with thick dust probably falling all over. Needs improvement.
