I just stopped to pick up and order on my way home from getting a flu shot across the street at Walgreens. What I saw when I entered melted the heart of this special education high school teacher. Working on my order was a young man who was visibly autistic, stimming, talking to himself and pacing. He took his time to ensure that my wrap was wrapped perfectly and everything was just perfect. Other staff made sure to check on me and seemed to want to speed him along, but I told them I was fine and to let him take his time, he was taking care of it for me. He did a great job and I truly appreciated that he was not only hired, but working with customers and no one seemed to bat an eye or treat him different. That is all I want for my own students after they graduate and I will always support businesses who normalize my students and accommodate their needs to assist them in being successful. Thank you! I subtly left an extra tip just because of how heart warming this was to see.

Excellent bagel breakfast sandwiches made to order your way. You will appreciate the hard work and hospitality Joe's serves up with a smile. Yes, you can stop for your coffee too!

Why can't Joe's Bagels EVER get it right?

How hard is it to make an everything bagel, toasted WELL DONE with butter? Apparently, too hard for Joe’s. This isn’t my first frustrating visit, but it will definitely be my last.

I ask for my bagel well done every single time, and every single time it comes out barely toasted, slightly brown at best. Meanwhile, the guy behind the counter is too busy chatting with his coworker to notice. Without even glancing at the bagel, he slaps some butter on it and hands it over like the job's done.

I always have to stop and say, “Does that look well done to you?” And every time, I get the same deer-in-the-headlights stare, followed by, “Oh… do you want me to toast it more?” Seriously?

By the grace of God, someone please help this kid—because food service is clearly not his thing. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, I believe in second chances… but there will not be a third.

Do better, Joe's.

Went to Joe’s, and it got attacked by aliens… Their cashier Venice was so brave. She led my family through the battlegrounds, got us out safely, and even jumped on a grenade for us. Turns out it was a dud, so she made it out alive too. Great bagels.

Always ignores customers. Greets other customers who come in after—serves them and ignores prior customers. Each time I go in this happens. No more business will be given to this place!! Discriminatory acts by them.

Got some bagels July 5th morning. Young staff was very good, pleasant. Young lady working the register did the right thing on the cream cheese. Nice to see some solid customer service.

Standing in line for 10 minutes.. there are three girls in the back just wandering around. Looks like the owner is cleaning a window out front with a dirty rag. The signs are absolutely filthy. There’s dust falling off of the signs with menu. Then the guy says to me why are you mad. He doesn’t know what he’s doing. He looks like a deer in the headlights at the register. And nobody else looks like they know what they’re doing.
And nobody seemed to care that there were five people waiting.

Everything was just ok. Bagels were ok. Opt to put on your own ketchup. They cloaked my sandwich in it. Under all that ketchup, was a really good attempt at a pork roll egg and cheese. The egg everything bagel was ok. Definitely get whatever you order, toasted. Otherwise it's a doughy mess. I mean they nailed the plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. The coffee was just okay. It was like the type of coffee you get at a stop and go at 4 am,just to get you through the rest of your drive. The only difference is the stop and Go has better cups. I'm literally watching coffee deteriorate this cup as I'm looking at it. Im not trying nitpick, but the napkins are dust. You can't even pull them out of the napkin dispenser without them deteriorating. I mean overall I guess it's okay. It's ok in that way that is eat it if I was a guest at someone's house and they offered me it for breakfast. Personally I drove past 30 better places. P.s. the mix of loud music and the blasting TV was super annoying. The staff was friendly and attentive. It's just the product.

Joe is a bagel master... he will run circles around the average bagel men. He knows a special way to tweak the dough and calls it the bialy!

Food is good but be prepared to wait a long time. Even with no one in the restaurant, it took 15 minutes for a wrap to be made. The front of house staff also seems confused as to why it took so long. Won't be back. The other locations are better.
