The dining area is nice. It seems like their forcing you to use the app or kiosk, no one maintaining the counter. Food should have been brought to the table, it was not. Not sure how long it sat there, fries were not hot. Bathroom was disgusting. No hand sanitizer. Receipt didn't print out. I normally go through the drive through so Ive never experienced this lack of customer service. Disappointing to say the least.

i honestly am so disappointed in the service here. online it clearly says they close at 11pm as well as on the door. i’m not sure why when i went at 1015 they denied me of entry. i would’ve gladly went through the drive thru but i wanted to use my points to redeem for free food so when i asked them at the drive thru they straight up said no were rude as hell.

I've tried a few times getting food after midnight. They make nothing fresh, especially the soggy, stale fries. Done even trying and the staff could care less. Sad because they used to care... no more!!

They know how to keep the drive-thru line moving and how and when to request people park so that they're special orders can be addressed without backing up said line. Food is to be expected for a fast food service, nothing exceptional but no problems either, No issues feeling special requests on the food.Dietary restrictions: One can get the fries and burgers made no salt, this will cause a slight delay as they have to fresh batch it, but it is good to have as an option.Parking: There are both take away spots for people who order in advance, and a number of regular parking spots as well, limited but present handicap spaces.

Ordered online which is clearly always a problem this is second maybe third time my food was messed up always be having hair in it. Shaking my head fast food is simple .
I don't hold McDonald's to a high standard to begin with, but this McDonald's is exceptionally bad. The staff is rude, non-responsive,a nd underprepared to even the smallest line of customers. Then when you ask them any question it's like you're bothering them. I get it, working in the fast food service industry, is hard. That being said I'm just a customer trying to get a cheeseburger. If you don't like it everywhere is hiring.
It is a McDonald's and the breakfast menu is the McDonald's breakfast menu. That said I have to discuss the premium customer service I received, in the drivethru at 7:48 am this morning. The young man whom took my credit card was efficient, polite and friendly. The pickup window had a young woman whom smiled broadly even as she was efficiently handing me two bags. I am always well treated at this McDonalds and I appreciate the thoughtful service.The pick up window was feet away from the payment window and they were immediately handing me two bags. One held a steak, egg and cheese on an actually toasted bagel along with ketchup packets. It was hot and obviously fresh. The second bag was a wonderfully packaged "Big" breakfast with pancakes, sausage, scrambled egg, and a fresh, flakey golden brown biscuit. It had a second small bag within it that held plastic silverware, syrup and butter packets. So often employees at other McDonalds don't give you silverware, or condiments much less polite, friendly service. Here it is part of their normal, every day business. I say thank you, to them, for starting my day off right!
