They know how to keep the drive-thru line moving and how and when to request people park so that they're special orders can be addressed without backing up said line. It is a McDonald's and the breakfast menu is the McDonald's breakfast menu. That said I have to discuss the premium customer service I received, in the drivethru at 7:48 am this morning. The young man whom took my credit card was efficient, polite and friendly. The pickup window had a young woman whom smiled broadly even as she was efficiently handing me two bags. The dining area is nice. It seems like their forcing you to use the app or kiosk, no one maintaining the counter. Food should have been brought to the table, it was not. Not sure how long it sat there, fries were not hot. Bathroom was disgusting. No hand sanitizer. Receipt didn't print out. I normally go through the drive through so Ive never experienced this lack of customer service. Disappointing to say the least.
