Considering my extremely low opinion of Papa John's, I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised by our late-night pizza although it did take about an hour and change to arrive. I'm not sure which style my friend ordered, but it was much better than their standard pizza. My one gripe with Papa John's is that anything with pepperoni is unbelievably greasy, which has always been one of my biggest complaints. I guess that just comes with the territory. Fast delivery and great food. One thing that annoyed me for delivery is that it’s 11:30 at night (almost midnight), and instead of just ringing the doorbell once and texting or calling the number I provided the website for delivery.
The delivery guy takes it upon himself to bang on the downstairs door, as I’m Apt B. Also ringing the doorbell 3 times and flashing a flashlight from their phone into the hallway, as the hallway light was already on.
