I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent order placed on Friday night, which included a large pizza and chicken soup.
The chicken soup was excellent and truly enjoyable. However, I found the pizza to be overly salty, and the cheese did not have the quality I expected from Grande cheese. It seemed that the ingredients used in the pizza may not have met the high standards I associate with your establishment.
On a positive note, I would like to commend the excellent service I received, from the friendly staff member who took my order over the phone to the delivery driver.

I had one plain slice. It wasn't very good, too much sauce, too much cheese and the crust wasn't very crispy. It was filling.

Chicken Cesar wraps are to die for! Absolutely the best thing on the menu. Their other food is really great...not just another pizza place. Love that they deliver and the owner is one of the nicest people.

I write this reluctantly because I selfishly don’t want this place to blow up and have a long line to wait on ?

It’s SO good! Everything they make at Amore is delicious and fast! I always go in for pickup so I don’t miss an opportunity to see the owner. He’s always in a positive mood and putting out great energy! I legit get more excited to eat the food after seeing him, cause I know that same energy he puts out, went into making my food! ?

Hopefully nobody reads this ? I’ve grown very accustom to getting my order quickly lol

As for recommendations, I’ve tried over half the menu by now and can’t pick a favorite but all pasta, pizza, and sides are awesome. Salads are crazy too!

First time ordering a pizza from this place recommend by a friend. It's was absolutely delicious entire family enjoyed it. A hidden gem in West Milford!!!

Delicious pizza made possible by their sauce recipe and generous amount of cheese. I prefer the dough a little thicker, but it was still excellent.

I go to amore at least once a week. OUTSTANDING FOOD! Walter, the owner, is so friendly and always happy! I’ve never got food there that I didn’t like. My two go twos are the Brooklyn pie and chicken Caesar salad (best chicken Caesar salad ever). My new fave pizzeria in the area!!

Ordering online through their website does not work. You’ll get a confirmation email, but unless you download their app, the place doesn’t receive your order. You’ll get a confirmation, and you’ll get charged, but when you get there they will not have made your food. Worst still, nobody on their staff can confirm if you were charged or knows how to find out! We had to go through our card company to confirm the charge and we still haven’t been able to confirm the refund!

I could have forgiven a technical issue, but nobody on your staff knows how to look up credit transactions? That’s unforgivable. The only solution they offered my client and I was to make our order once we got there, but after waiting for half an hour already, being rewarded with business at a further expense of our time was simply unacceptable.

EDIT: we have since been able to confirm the cancellation and refund but we had to find out ourselves from the consumer side.

Online ordered 1/2 sausage Brooklyn pizza and a Ham,salami, cheese sub. Both were delicious but not quite what I ordered. Got what seemed like a 1/2 sausage thin Sicilian margherita….fresh mootz, plum tomatoes and basil on top. The sub was ham, capicola, cheese…no salami. Oh well

We love them! Just had the best Mediterranean salad with calamari, stromboli, hot antipasto, pasta carbonara, accompanying awesome rolls. And have dinner for tomorrow!

I aint eva had angel hair pasta like this with marinara and the delectable choice of herbs they use and garlic and cheeses. The side salads are bangin and come with garlic knots I honestly think this is the best angel hair I've ever had in my entire life! The garlic cheesy bread is sooooo good! That angel hair ? sent me to heaven.

For those who come first time as we ( wife and I did ) heads up portions are big and when I say big I mean soo. Small portion is big and more than enough for two to share. Food tastes good and there is no suggestion in particular as they offer something for everyone so what ever u order u will not regret. Prices , sizes , service and owners all is one big nice professional and good mix in one place. Stop by and experience this small nice town spot with friends , family or order catering for the house party’s. Good place with a lot to offer ?
