Bagel Town Cafe

I keep wasting money on this place and will never order again. An omlette should have cheese not a burnt egg and they do not pay attention to not putting things on example onions. Do not order from here. So aggravated 13 bucks for a burnt egg with peppers and onions or which i did not order onions and burnt disgusting potatoes and they forgot half of the order . Terrible and i am now out money and no food. People work and expect at least something edible this was not edible at all. I order out everyday because we work nonstop and this is ridiculous

Basic bagel place. The food is good, and coffee is acceptable. atmosphere is ok, only 2 or 3 tables.

Not even from the area and stopped by for a simple pork roll egg and cheese. I saw a sign that said “best bagels in Passaic county”. Probably true. But I will say this place has some of the best bagels in NJ. Maybe not #1 but no doubt top 10

Has to be the worst bagel I've ever had. On par with Dunkin or some frozen bagels. Completely flavorless. Asked for butter and got covered in some weird butter blend spread. And $6.50 for a bagel with butter and a chocolate milk? Absolute rip off. Won't be doing that again

This is one of my top two favorite bagel places ever - the other one is up in the White Mountains. I have family in West Milford so whenever I go down (or they come up) we ask for bagels from here. They're well seasoned with whatever topping your request, have a soft inside and slightly crunchy outside. I usually get a dozen and freeze them at home, as they dethaw well and it's like you have a fresh bagel again.

The customer service is always nice and quick. I go early since I know sometimes they can get busy.

Parking: Plenty of free parking around the building, including handicap parking close to the door.

Wheelchair accessibility: This is on the first floor and is wheelchair accessible.

Been going there for years. Best bagels I've had. Certainly best in the area!

Asked if the omelette was gluten-free and the men who worked there were very rude. They also were rude to my partner, who didn't have allergies and ordered food. Would not recommend.

I was quite pleased to see that they have gluten free bagels. I got the sausage and egg on a gluten free everything bagel. Visiting from out of town and craving the food I used to eat back in the day. This hit the spot.

I ordered through DoorDash and they didn't even accept or confirm the order until my dasher was already there and waiting - almost 30 minutes later.After the food got delivered I noticed the matzo balls were only two per cup and kind of small but otherwise "decent" at best.The problem I had was when I was almost halfway done eating half of a breakfast wrap - I bit in and found a used bandaid that must have fallen off of whoever was making the sandwich when they were wrapping. I called to complain about it and the person who answered the phone was surprised and said they'd issue a credit but I had to reach out to DoorDash hours later to get it resolved by myself.Under no circumstances should anyone bite into their food and find a used bandaid - this place is disgusting.
