my favorite place to be! all the workers are so so nice and the food is delicious. every time i leave i am very satisfied and i recommend them to everyone! i’m always greeted when i walk in the door, love them! they take happy tastes good to the next level.

Well, I'll just say this , I'm a local and have been an active customer here for a very long time . We all understand that times are tough, and expenses for everyone are higher ... But today, just maybe have been my families final visit, food prices are increased significantly, and quality has dropped ( yes, the meat patties are smaller ) but when food comes with 2 ketchup packets ( more will cost you ) , and Honey mustard sauce are now all additional charges ??? , Explained as if im the enemy in a odd confrotental way ! the Line is drawn

Disgusting and unsanitary. Visited today and the drink I got with my meal tasted like rotten eggs. I’m not sure if they’re using dirty water or not expired products but I would not recommend visiting this location. I will be going to Butler pr one of the many locations in the area. While they don’t have a drive thru, I also won’t have to worry about food poisoning. I would not recommend this location and I am completely disappointed. Too bad I wasn’t close by or I would have asked them to drink the garbage they served me.

Overall the food is good but place for some reason doesn’t take the app coupon savings AND WORST of all is the sodas are horrible because the machine needs a good cleaning or a new machine

The past 2 times I’ve asked for extra toppings in my blizzard and have barely gotten any. I literally went home and there were maybe 5 pieces of brownies and barely any batter. It was just an expensive cup of chocolate ice cream that I paid extra for because I asked for extra, yet didn’t receive even the normal amount.

Ordered a blizzard paid extra for Brownie and chocolate sauce $2 extra. Got order home and nope. Charged us but didn't give. Saw a cup with Brownie on top didn't realize one of the kids Ordered a Brownie heath treat. Also none of 3 blizzards could hold a spoon up let alone be turned upside down. Had to wait for order to finish being made so not like they were sitting around. Done with DQ in this area. Going local ice cream shop. 1 out of 4 was correct. Unacceptable.

I ordered a large caramel shake and a heath cupfection we received god only knows what instead of a milkshake i believe it was a vanilla malt. And in place of the heath cupfection we received an oreo cupfection. We ordered on the app aswell which clearly lays out the order.
