Quick drive thru. Sometimes it gets backed up and getting in or out of the lot is complicated. The service and food is always good.

I went there this morning parking lot and drive through is a disaster safety hazard for customers snow and ice all over and I got my vanilla chi tea it was so bad I threw it in garbage

Yikesss, waited forever to get our food. 3 other people were complaining in front me. One girl’s nails were so long (although cute) just maybe not for working in service that she could pack up the bags or the food. After I said they forgot my food, the one girl in a short ponytail with blonde hair gave so much attitude that someone else took the order and that she already made it. Didn’t apologize for the wait or say she was even making another one. Gave other people attitude. One girl was just standing there not doing much. I understand the drive through gets long but time management needs to be better and they really need an attitude check.

The worst Dunkin I have ever been too. Took 20 minutes to make a coffee and two sandwiches and they forgot one of the two sandwiches. Incompetent is not the right word to use for the employees here I honestly don’t know how they got hired somehwere. This is by far the worst coffee establishment I have ever been too. Plus the female employee working this morning 10/26/25 gave my fiancée so much attitude because she is bad her at job and messed up our order. Hopefully management sees this and does something because all of the employees here this morning are asleep and not working. I wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin to my worst enemy.

Everyone was very polite; but this is 4 times in a row they cannot get my order correct, even after I point out that the order summary screen shows my order incorrectly. And the care that is shown in making the food/drinks is seriously lacking, see the attached photo for a very sad bacon portion. I appreciate the politeness but something has to change, the employees have no pride in the food and drinks they make.

Worst DD around this area, why hasn’t some open another coffee shop. This place is terrible, drive thru is ETERNAL, and the attitude you get is worst. At one point the had an email to post customers complains, they took that shit quick.

Come to this Dunkin drive-thru if you feel like waiting 15 minutes for milk-water with a coffee bean thrown in. Seriously, do you guys even put any coffee in your coffees anymore?! Is there a national shortage on espresso that I’m unaware of? For the past week every single iced latte I’ve ordered has been 99% milk, 1% coffee. Tired of wasting my money

They suck. They always burn any bread (croissants/bagels) and their coffee is always burnt of watered down. I have no choice but to come here every morning and spend money for terrible coffee because their is no other Dunkin close by. I wish their was management or help around majority of staff is younger so I don’t blame them completely nice people but terrible food and drinks.

The employees are definitely a complete fiasco. I asked for 3 sugars for my coffee and they prepared one sugar and gave it to me. I wanted to fill it myself and this time they gave me one sugar. Please choose your employees carefully.
