Come to this Dunkin drive-thru if you feel like waiting 15 minutes for milk-water with a coffee bean thrown in. Seriously, do you guys even put any coffee in your coffees anymore?! Is there a national shortage on espresso that I’m unaware of? For the past week every single iced latte I’ve ordered has been 99% milk, 1% coffee. Tired of wasting my money

They suck. They always burn any bread (croissants/bagels) and their coffee is always burnt of watered down. I have no choice but to come here every morning and spend money for terrible coffee because their is no other Dunkin close by. I wish their was management or help around majority of staff is younger so I don’t blame them completely nice people but terrible food and drinks.

The employees are definitely a complete fiasco. I asked for 3 sugars for my coffee and they prepared one sugar and gave it to me. I wanted to fill it myself and this time they gave me one sugar. Please choose your employees carefully.

Don’t order their dark roast they seem to have a hard time keeping it hot. 2nd time it is luke warm at best and will be the last.

Compared to the other 1-star reviews at this location, my experience was merely lackluster, but the service was still pathetic enough to warrant a 1-star review.

Went with my son to grab a snack before his lesson. The tables and chairs were unoccupied but covered in crumbs.

My son ordered an iced drink with "less ice." The cup was stuffed with mostly ice when he got it. The hot latte I ordered was lukewarm and failed to fill the cup. The two young ladies working behind the counter failed to acknowledge me while I waited there with my cup, trying to get their attention. Eventually, the drink was fixed. My request for a receipt was met with a lot of fumbling around behind the counter, and in the end they were incapable of giving me one.

I won't be back, I can only expect my experiences at this location to go downhill from here.

Cold brew used to be good. Now it is completely watered down now and terrible. Last 2 times I went I had to pour it out.

Breaking up with Dunkin’ Donuts in West Milford. Always filthy, number one. I have gotten food from here MULTIPLE times that’s still frozen!! And today is my last straw, I ordered hot chocolate and it was basically very light brown hot water that wasn’t chocolaty. SO Disappointing.

Went in to pick up two drinks and a few donuts, ordered on the “express” kiosk, and was standing there waiting, one of the workers raised his voice at me and said “IM WORKING ON IT!”, I just responded “ok?” He said “oh I thought you said something”, nope I’m just standing here waiting talking to my daughter….”oh my bad my bad thought you said something”….then starts talking about me in Spanish, which I understood what was being said “these white people can’t wait…wait wait wait”…needless to say express kiosk is not express cause it took 10 minutes for 2 drinks, plus express apparently comes with attitude and your drinks being prepared incorrectly. Won’t be back.

This review is mainly for the man who was working this morning and laughed at me - he didn’t take my order in the drive thru, a woman did. I ordered a large hot latte at 8:00am. When I get to the window they asked me to pull up and they’ll bring me my drink. 3 cars had already gotten their orders after me so I went inside. I asked what was going on and the woman was sweet and said the espresso machine was broken, I told them if that was the case I would’ve gotten a hot coffee instead and called it a day, took my drink and said thank you. As I was walking out the man working started LOUDLY laughing at me, HA HA HA HA HA HA, he kept getting louder and when I turned around he kept laughing.. louder and louder. It was so nasty, so mean and it felt like I was in high school again. I hope you feel proud making someone so uncomfortable and humiliated that you made them cry. Such an inappropriate encounter. I come here ALL the time and now I have to feel uncomfortable and worried when I come again.
