They do NOT make drinks right.

I have tried in several occasions, but every time is a waste of money and disappointment.
I like the iced matcha latte. They pack it so right with ice that I only have 6 sips. And it barely has any matcha. It is basically a cup of ice and milk. And this is every time I tried (about 3 times)

Thought maybe they just make shitty matcha lattes so I tried the chai latte with shot if espresso. Got a medium…it was only 3/4 full and it had barely any chai. Once again, it was basically milk and espresso.

Last week they had no ketchup.

And I wasn’t bothered by this at the time of pick up because mistakes happen, but since my drink sucks I will mention it too…I placed a pick up order and they only made my drink and they did not notice there was food also so I had to wait for it and now I had a hot wrap for my 4 year old that I had hoped would be cooler by the time i arrived.

Go anywhere else for a proper drink.
The stolkholm one nails the drinks and food every time. Much better

Girl was too busy having convo and seemed high on something. had me repeat my coffee order 3 times. It was less ice. Is that pic less ice? I got all ice and less coffee.

The slowest drive through. Doesn’t matter if you have one car infront of you or 5 cars. If they have 3 people or 2 working they are extremely slow. Honestly can waste 15 minutes with 3 cars infront of you. They never want to take your order they will make you wait 1-5 minutes waiting!!!! Never say thank you and when you do they say okay! Rude rude rude!

I stopped to get my breakfast while on my way to work. There was only 1 associate working during the early part of the morning commute. This young woman moved as fast as she could, taking & filling orders. She kept her cool and remained polite and professional while dealing with a line of cars waiting to get their food. I didn't get this woman's name, but she is a rock star!

This location has usually been pretty friendly except for the last couple visits in the drive thru. Particularly with the female employees, they have very unfriendly attitudes. What can I get you is how they greet you, but it’s the tone in which they say it. They sound so annoyed that your bothering them.

I couldn't tell you how the food is but their donuts are always fresh and I'm in l9ve with their frozen coffee with whip cream of corse! They know what I want before entering the store and that makes me feel great. Not many places are like that anymore.
