The slowest drive through. Doesn’t matter if you have one car infront of you or 5 cars. If they have 3 people or 2 working they are extremely slow. Honestly can waste 15 minutes with 3 cars infront of you. They never want to take your order they will make you wait 1-5 minutes waiting!!!! Never say thank you and when you do they say okay! Rude rude rude!

I stopped to get my breakfast while on my way to work. There was only 1 associate working during the early part of the morning commute. This young woman moved as fast as she could, taking & filling orders. She kept her cool and remained polite and professional while dealing with a line of cars waiting to get their food. I didn't get this woman's name, but she is a rock star!

This location has usually been pretty friendly except for the last couple visits in the drive thru. Particularly with the female employees, they have very unfriendly attitudes. What can I get you is how they greet you, but it’s the tone in which they say it. They sound so annoyed that your bothering them.

I couldn't tell you how the food is but their donuts are always fresh and I'm in l9ve with their frozen coffee with whip cream of corse! They know what I want before entering the store and that makes me feel great. Not many places are like that anymore.

This is the closest dunkin for my drive to work but now I go all the way to kinnelon because of how bad this location is. The food is always cold. The drinks are never right. The last straw was when I ordered a large coffee with 1 cream and I got a cup of what tasted and looked like waterey milk with sugar in it. It didnt even remotely resemble coffee or taste like coffee at all.

25 minutes in the drive thru this morning.Please define fast food.
Me and my family stopped at this Dunkin Donuts for breakfast, kids ordered bacon egg and cheese wraps and sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. There was no eggs, I ordered a Bagel Twist warm, by the time I got to the window to pick it up I asked the girl for napkins, she looked at me with an attitude and like I was from another planet. Took off to realize that the cheese was taken out of the wrapper and put on the wraps, not melted or warmed. The Bagel Twist was frozen, and no sugar on the coffee, and the coffee tasted burnt. Worst service ever. Do not go!

Ordered a hot latte with skim milk. When I tried my latte the milk was expired ?? I was on my way to work so I couldn’t make a u turn to go back. Y’all should really be careful what you serve customers because you can really get someone sick. Never coming here again gross
