Thai Chili wings with sides of ranch and you won’t be disappointed. Delicious.

Second time being there sitting for over 10 minutes. First time we sat an waited. This time got up and left.

They change their prices when you are not paying attention, check your recipes. Food great.

Received a cheeseburger deluxe when I specifically Ordered a plain cheeseburger. Not a deluxe meaning no lettuce, no tomato, no onion. It was well done when I asked for medium rare. It was so dry my grandson could not eat it. My granddaughters chicken fingers were over cooked. Meatball parm sandwich the meatballs were burnt. And I love their vodka sauce but this time it was horrible with a lot of red onions.

We have been going to Franks for years
After today never again not only did they not charge the correct price as per the menu provided the service absolutely was the worst
We questioned why such a price difference between the menu price and being charged the response we received was I don’t make the prices up pal and aggressive to the point we just paid and realized it was best to just walk away
Time to find a new Italian restaurant
We will be sure to let all our clientele know as well

The food here is usually very good, I’ve been a customer for years. Over the holidays I placed a small catering order for half a tray of Chicken Sorrentino. I received a half tray of Chicken Fiorentino Romana. I was displeased about the mixup because my family doesn’t like spinach and there was a lot of it. True, the names of the dishes are similar in sound (maybe that was the issue), but the ingredients couldn’t be more different, other than they are both chicken. So my advice is to specify the ingredients and type of sauce when ordering to avoid being disappointed and having a meal that isn’t what you expected, or appealing to your guests.

Franks Pizza is delicious. They do not serve alcohol but their policy is byob. The service was excellent and it has a lovely atmosphere.

FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE TO EAT!

Ordered 2 plain slices and 1 bottled soda. Paid by card. Was charged 12.37 was overcharged by at least 3 dollars. Called to asked the price of a slice. Hung up on the first time. Called back and was told a plain slice was 2.75 cash and 3.05 on a card! That difference was NOT 4% for card use! DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BILL!!! Pizza was so so at best! Find a different place to eat!
