This was probably the fifth time walking in and getting not even a high from the bartender. Then when I was ready to order, all I got was “u ready”.

I normally don’t do this as I am a business owner myself, I’ve owned over 10 different restaurants across the country.

But I do want the owner to know as he probably has no idea of this, and I surely would want To know if I was the owner of an establishment.

The atmosphere is hands-down amazing. Top notch, phenomenal. Nothing at all bad to say about it. The beer, they have everything you want literally the best on tap. It is and will always be my favorite spot to stop At on the way to the mountains.

However, this is the fifth time I’ve waited over 35 minutes for a sandwich. Without even the slightest self-awareness from the bartenders. I get it, there’s a lot going on. However, for a bartender, not realize that it’s taken more than 15 minutes for a sandwich is neglect of an establishment.

The only person that will care as much as the owner does about establishments or any, for that matter is the Owner himself. Which is why I am recommending the staff be taught how to communicate with the customers regarding their food. This is not the first time I waited almost 40 minutes for something very simple.

This is in fact and super easy fix, I will 1000% be back in, I love everything about it. I’m not afraid to say I’m a republican and that’s my kind of bar. I am also a businessman as well and I’ve done a lot.

The worst thing you can do in the restaurant industry is not let the customers know what’s going on. It’s much easier to ignore the situation at hand, hoping it go away. However, that’s never used the case.

Anyway, I love Jimmy G’s. It is by far my most favorite establishment and I will continue to go however, if I’m crunched for time and have let’s say 45 minutes to stop and eat. Unfortunately, I may go somewhere else due to knowing that they do take a little bit with simple food.

I do hope it gets better because the food is actually phenomenal as well.

Ordered a prime rib sandwich dumped all the meat from one side out of the other, and the sandwich is still only half an inch thick. My last time. Bald bartender was great

I ordered a medium-rare burger and they gave me a well-done one. When I told the waitress, she just said she was sorry and walked away. Her service was very poor from the beginning... I was outside..

I went there for the wings, and they were fabulous as usual! Always friendly staff.

It's a shame I go there with friends and family for the wings and beer deals and the bar pies. We'll they decide to brake the meal deal down into 5 wings to a order and no pitcher of beer and to make it worse they stop selling the shrimp scampi bar pie.
It's not good when you go there and your good food is no longer on the menu
Guess I will be looking at another spot to eat wings.

Great food and atmosphere. Friendly waiters and cool outside patio bar. Nice place to stop with motorcycle for a quick drink and food.
