My wife and I dined at Vesuvio Pizza yesterday. We ordered a cheese pizza and an antipasto salad. We specifically asked for the pizza to have light cheese and a crispy crust. The antipasto was excellent, containing salami, ham, provolone cheese, marinated roasted peppers, tomatoes, olives, lettuce, and oil and vinegar dressing.
