If I can leave no stars I would I came at 9:30 and the girls already started turning off the lights when clearly it says it closes at 10 pm I don’t understand why she ignored me and didn’t reply when I asked if she is closing she just turned off the lights and closes the door. I don’t recommend coming to this place rude customer service

I usually come here in the morning and so far the food and drinks seem well. But I went around 5:30pm and ordered a cold caramel machiatto. I took a sip of my drink and was going to share some with my boyfriend and I realized there was a strand of hair. I thought it was mine, but when I started to remove it, I was only touching the outside of the plastic cup. Thats when I realized it was INSIDE the drink. I went back and they gave me my money back. But honestly. It saddens me that I won't be coming here anymore.

so i had ordered 2 orders of 4 bagel minis plain. they gave me 1 order of 4 bagel minis not plain. i told them about the mistake they did and the dumb cashier still charged me for it even though i had already paid for the bagel minis before. then they gave me 2 orders of 2 bagel minis plain. i asked them for a refund and they looked like i told them rocket science so i said nevermind. im never coming here again these people are clinically retarded.

You think seeing dunking donuts they would be a Dunkin’ Donuts but if you Google map Dunkin’ Donuts it doesn’t come up but don’t get excited when u get there this is a comparison to a sesame bagel and whatever I got but I ordered a sesame bagel

Very friendly service. The coffee is hot,fresh and great tasting. The blue berry muffins are soft and also fresh. The dinning area is very dirty. The tables needs cleaning and the floor needs to be mopped. The bathroom is filthy and it needs to be cleaned.

Filled with crazy people, out of everything.

Didn't have 31 flavors as advertised (it's in their logo for gosh sake!). Decided it was too expensive even try.

The Arabian dude there doesn't know how to make the pasta there right
