Stopped in recently for a milkshake and was told they weren’t making milkshakes right now. Seemed odd. The blender looked set up to run. Maybe there really was a problem with it. Either way, I was disappointed.

Very bad service, I arrived 20 minutes before closing and the girl who served us told us that she cannot sell banana splits or milkshakes. And he treats us in a bad way. I imagine because they were going to close soon and he wanted to leave. But I don't understand if they set a closing time because you can't buy what you want if it's still open. The ice cream is very delicious and the place is very nice.

Came here for ice cream with my family and was rudely greeted by the person at the register. She was extremely unpleasant and was rushing us to order despite the entire spot being EMPTY. Have never dealt with such a disgruntled employee at an ice cream spot.

Been to many Ben and Jerry’s stores and this is the first store that only gives you one scoop and a bit of brownie in the 10 dollar brownie sundae. Very strange and definitely not worth the price.
Person working there was also lacking in customer service skills. She seemed to be very distracted and didn’t seem like she was interested in working there.
Ice cream is still still good. But better off getting at the supermarket.

The ice cream is delicious but I have a issue with my credit card I spend around 25 $ en I got charged 66 $ I came today to speak with the manager I’ll be waiting for his call , for now I just want everyone be very careful with cards is not a trust place to spend your money !

Ice cream is mediocre at best, but what really surprised me was the fact that 1 kids sized scoop of ice cream in a kids sized cone was $10.
Nice area, decent portions, I'll always hate how inflation has made everything pricier, but I enjoyed my sorbet.

My 4 year old has to use the bathroom but one of the employee had a problem cause he was about to clean the bathroom. Sorry for the “inconvenience” but the baby was about to poop in his pants. This guy had a major attitude even after I said sorry 5 times. After my son used the bathroom I said thank you for understanding but he ignored it. Oh well. Can’t wait for him to have a baby of his own one day.
