After waiting in line for 15 minutes, the server skipped us and began serving people behind us. Even after we told him we were next, he continued serving, stating that he thought someone else was helping us and asked us to wait. As a result, we left. The manager didn't even bother to get involved or offer to serve us herself.
I used to love going to this Ben & Jerry's but it has gotten ridiculous. The prices have increased but the portions have decreased. Ice cream should never be more expensive than a full meal! Not only am I receiving significantly less for my buck, but also have to deal with rudeness? Usually, the employees are fine, but this last time, the two men that were working were inattentive, just standing around while people were waiting to pay and order, then made a joke about...
Kevin was phenomenal, what a great personality. You guys are so lucky to have him! He was so personable, made conversation and let me try whatever flavors I wanted. He was great and I'll be back for sure!! 😁
