This was my first time ordering from Brody’s Barkery. It was my fur baby Bentley 2nd birthday. I ordered within the same week and everything was just perfect!!! Customer service was excellent, Bentley loved the cake that was made for him, and delivery went great! Brody’s Barkery has definitely gained a new customer! :)

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered a cake here.Mario was very responsive and atteneded to all my questions/requests, but most especially I am very happy with the cake! It was the strawberry banana with nonfat greek yogurt cream cheese. My dog loved it!

I drove 40 minutes to the location they have on the website “ 6008 Hudson ave west New York” just to find out the business does not have a store front. The address on google leads you to an apartment building. But on the website they have multiple New Jersey locations listed . It would be nice to have knows this is not an actual store.

So HAPPY with the costumer service, communication and quality of the cake. I reached out 48 hrs before my pups bday & was worried it was too last minute. Thankfully Mario said he could make me a cake. I placed an order online and it was super easy. Mario texted me to confirmed all the info.My Pup is a mini golden doodle with the most sensitive stomach ever. I decided to go with the peanut butter, bacon & banana cake. He LOVED it and he was able to digest it well. The cake was so cute and perfect. Definitely will be using again. If you are hesitant on placing an order don’t be! Get to calling !!!

EDIT: I feel like I need to add an edit on this one based on the response from owner. I called 2 weeks prior to today to "CONFIRM" the order, had a conversation with you to do just that. I didn't realize there are more than 1 confirmations necessary for orders with you. I very much remember my puppy's birthday, and for you to suggest otherwise is a great way to run a business.___________________________________I placed the order online and then called to change the date, confirmed all the details. Only to find out the day of that they never made the change and I don't have the cake for the puppy's birthday. So frustrating.

The ordering process was smooth. Received a digital preview of the custom theme I chose followed by the invoice & the cake exceeded my expectations! It was amazing! Thank You so much for such great product & service!!

Joey loved his barkday cake!!Mario, the owner, was extremely kind, responsive and accommodating. We filled out an inquiry on their website late on a Thursday night for that Saturday. Mario responded within minutes and he had the cake ready early the Saturday morning. This is a great bakery for your dog’s birthday or everyday treats. You can modify the cake to your liking and they even deliver if you live in the area (West New York, NJ). Highly recommend.
