Perhaps because it was Halloween they were over capacity. Next time, put more staff. The place was totally dirty, papers all over the floor. Not to mention the bathroom, nothing worthy of an international franchise. The staff was very funny and attentive.

This Burger King has its ups and downs. They food is good but the service is a bit too slow for me. They are almost always understaffed, which causes long waits. Also, some workers are nicer than others. You have to roll the dice and see which you get. The most repulsive thing is that drunk men and women come in here to sleep and get out of the weather. Almost every time I walk in there and walk by that hangout area, it smells really bad.
